By accessing and using PropellerJet ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PropellerJet is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) that allows users to manually track flights and automatically organize them into trips. The service is designed for frequent flyers who want complete control over their flight tracking data.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All flight data you enter is stored securely and belongs to you. You can export your data at any time in JSON or CSV format. We do not share your personal flight information with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
• Access or attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without authorization

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may suspend or discontinue the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

7. Limitation of Liability

PropellerJet is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or any decisions made based on information from the service.

8. Free Access Period

The first 100 users receive free lifetime access to all features. This offer is subject to fair use policies and may be modified for future users.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you retain the right to export your data.
